Egg contain about 74% of water. They are rich source of such high quality
protein that experimental nutritionist used them as a standard for measuring the quality of other Products. Eggs are also an important source of unsaturated fatty acids mainly oelic acids , also it contains minerals like Iron & Phosphorous and the vitamins included are A,D,E,K along with Vitamin B12. As a natural source of VitD egg ranks 2nd to fish liver oil. Egg contains little or no Vit C.
